Henry specialises in corporate work with an emphasis on alternative investment fund formation and ongoing matters.
He also has experience in other areas of corporate transactions including, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and joint ventures. In addition, Henry has experience advising on a broad range of compliance and regulatory matters.
Henry is a member of our Corporate & Investment Funds Group.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Henry worked for Broadspectrum (part of the Ferrovial S.A. Group of Companies) as a Lawyer in the group's Company Secretarial and Compliance Team in Sydney, Australia.
Henry also spent a year working for Citi Private Bank as a Senior Counsel (Vice President) in their Asia Pacific Alternative Investments Group in Hong Kong.
