Kevin Ho is a counsel in the Corporate and Investment Funds Group of Walkers' Hong Kong office.
He specialises in corporate and funds work including both public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, IPOs, listed company matters and the formation and maintenance of investment funds. Kevin has experience in advising corporates, investment banks, financial institutions and investment managers.
Experience and recent work
Kevin trained and qualified at an international law firm in Hong Kong where he gained experience in corporate and commercial work, acting on matters for a wide range of clients with a particular focus on the insurance industry. Prior to joining Walkers, he worked in-house as a legal counsel at a listed company in Hong Kong where he handled mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and Listing Rules compliance work.
