Cynthia specialises in funds work and advises on formation and restructuring, capital raising, ongoing operational and regulatory compliance and the winding up and dissolution of private equity and hedge funds.
Cynthia is member of our Corporate & Investment Funds Group. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Cynthia worked as a senior associate of a major law firm in Hong Kong where she advised on a range of corporate matters.
