Yi-Jing Chen joined Walkers' Hong Kong office in 2015 and is a senior paralegal in the firm's Corporate & Investment Funds group.
Yi-Jing provides support across the Investment Funds team on a broad spectrum of funds work with particular focus on hedge funds, private equity funds and IPOs.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Yi-Jing worked for other offshore law firms and before that, Yi-Jing worked at Sullivan Cromwell (London) and other Magic Circle firms all within corporate, finance and projects.
