Lirann provides support on a broad spectrum of funds work with a particular focus on private equity, hedge funds, and all aspects of general corporate matters.
Lirann joined Walkers in 2021 and is a member of our Corporate & Investment Funds Group. Lirann is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Lirann worked as a paralegal in the corporate and commercial department at another law firm in Hong Kong.
