Flora Lo is a senior associate in the Corporate and Investment Funds Group of Walkers' Hong Kong office.
She specialises in corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, listed company matters and other general corporate law related matters. Flora has experience in advising corporates, investment banks and financial institutions.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Flora worked at US and PRC law firms in Hong Kong where she handled mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital raising transactions and regulatory and compliance matters for a wide range of clients who were principally involved in the banking and finance, entertainment, aviation and biotechnology industries.
