Katherine Zeng is an associate in the Corporate and Investment Funds Group in Walkers' Singapore office.
She advises client on investment funds, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Katherine worked in another leading offshore law firm where she advised client on various finance and corporate matters and has sound experience in offshore practice. Before she started the offshore practice, she worked in an international onshore law firm where she was specialising in the equity finance and mergers and acquisitions practice.
