Vicky Liu is a senior associate in the Corporate and Investment Funds Group in Walkers' Singapore office.
She focuses on investment funds, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2021, Vicky worked as an associate in the Corporate and Business Transactions team of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Hong Kong, where she advised on transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and capital markets, both in the local and cross-border context. She started her career as a corporate associate with Duane Morris & Selvam, and thereafter joined the Listing Policy and Product Admission team of the Singapore Stock Exchange as an assistant vice president, before relocating to Hong Kong.
