Syed Islam is an associate in the Investment Funds and Corporate Group in the Walkers' Singapore office.
He has a broad range of experience advising on corporate and restructuring matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture transactions.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2022, Syed worked in the finance team of another leading offshore firm in the British Virgin Islands. He has also spent time in the Channel Islands (Jersey) and the Isle of Man.
