Murray works in our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group (ranked as Band 1 in Chambers & Partners), having joined us in 2017.
He is an experienced commercial litigator with a range of commercial and civil litigation experience. This includes complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, fraud claims, shareholder disputes, insolvency matters and urgent interim relief.
He has a real depth of expertise across civil fraud, commercial and insolvency matters that makes him an asset for any heavy commercial dispute.
Experience and recent work
Before joining us, Murray spent three years at another leading offshore firm in the British Virgin Islands. He also worked in London at a leading litigation boutique firm specialising in commercial litigation and civil fraud before moving offshore in 2014.
