Sophia advises on investment funds, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and capital market transactions.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Sophia worked as an associate at Linklaters, where she advised on cross-border private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate advisory. Sophia completed her professional training in New Zealand with Simpson Grierson.
