Vivian joined Walkers' Hong Kong office in 2017 and is an Associate in the Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Group.
She specialises in cross-border insolvency, corporate and commercial disputes, as well as succession matters including applications for grants of representation.
Vivian has extensive experience in trials and court proceedings in the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands and has participated in a number of complex and high value disputes, including contractual claims, claims for breach of duty and trust disputes, along with winding up and insolvency proceedings on behalf of creditors. Vivian has also assisted with the first recognition and enforcement of a PRC judgment by the BVI Court.
Vivian's experience includes shareholder disputes, urgent injunction applications, claims following contractual breaches and other commercial matters. On the non-contentious side, Vivian routinely assists with application for grants of probate and letters of administration, as well as advice and representation relating to privatisation of listed companies and restructuring related matters.
Vivian is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
