We are pleased to be acting as Cayman Islands legal counsel to funds managed by Unitas Capital Pte. Ltd. on the sale of Hyva to Jost Werke SE for US$425 million (including debt).

Hyva is a leading global supplier of hydraulic solutions for commercial vehicles. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in early 2025.
