Audrey is a member of our Global Finance & Corporate group and represents financial institutions, sponsors and corporates on a range of debt finance transactions.
She advises on Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and Bermuda law in relation to leveraged and acquisition finance, private credit and alternative debt, structured equity finance (including margin lending and equity derivatives), real estate finance, corporate finance and general secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Experience and recent work
Previously Audrey was a director and in-house legal counsel to the London and Paris Structured Acquisition Finance teams at ING. Before that, she was a senior member of the London Debt Finance team at White & Case, where she specialised in sponsor and cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings.
