Experience and recent work
Harriet was called to the English Bar in 2012 and practised as a Commercial Chancery barrister between 2013 and 2017. Between 2017 and 2020 she worked as an attorney in the London office of a leading US law firm before moving to Walkers.
Harriet has appeared extensively both as sole advocate and as junior counsel in the higher courts of England and before a number of international arbitral tribunals. Her dispute resolution and advisory experience encompasses a broad spectrum of international corporate and commercial cases involving contractual disputes, jurisdictional challenges and conflicts of laws issues, civil fraud and asset tracing claims, shareholder and partnership disputes and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
She also has considerable experience advising office-holders and creditors in connection with high-value and cross-border corporate insolvencies and bankruptcies.
