Grace Pickering

Grace Pickering is Walkers' Head of Listings (Channel Islands), overseeing Walkers' listings practice in Jersey and Guernsey.
Having spent almost five years working with The International Stock Exchange ('TISE') as a Senior Analyst before joining Walkers in 2019, Grace has significant experience in dealing with TISE Listings, in respect of debt, equity, high yield bonds, securitisation and REITs.
She also works with Walkers' teams in Dublin, Bermuda and Cayman in respect of listings on other international exchanges.
Grace has a background in private equity and investments, and regularly advises private equity houses as well as onshore counsel in London, Europe, New York and Asia on matters relating to listings.
She is also responsible for the ongoing administration of listing matters to include compliance with continuing obligation requirements post listing.
She also works with Walkers' teams in Dublin, Bermuda and Cayman in respect of listings on other international exchanges.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in March 2019, Grace was a Senior Analyst at TISE. Grace has worked in the finance industry for over 25 years having worked for private equity, investment houses and private wealth management companies as an investment consultant.
Qualifications
Education:
- CISI, Investment Management Certificate (IMC)
- Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ)
Grace is a Chartered Member of CISI.
