Anna Slusarczyk joined Walkers' Guernsey office in October 2019 where she is part of the Walkers Channel Islands listings team.
Anna advises companies and advisers on all elements of listing applications for The International Stock Exchange (the 'TISE').
She is also responsible for the ongoing administration of listing matters to include compliance with continuing obligation requirements affecting issuers.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Anna was a Senior Analyst at TISE. Anna has worked in the finance industry for 10 years having previously worked for Royal Bank of Canada (Channel Islands) Ltd.
