Siavush is part of Walkers' Guernsey Banking & Finance practice group and has over a decade of experience advising across a full range of banking and finance transactions from both a financier and borrower perspective.
He specialises in all types of asset and infrastructure financing, including ECA-backed projects. He has international experience acting for financial institutions, corporates and investors on a wide range of secured debt and leasing structures, as well as on workouts/restructurings and derivative and investment products.
Experience and recent work
Before joining Walkers, Siavush worked in-house for the world's largest container shipping conglomerate in Geneva, and in private practice in international law firms in London, Bangkok and Hong Kong.
