Zoë is part of our Banking & Finance Practice Group and has 16 years' experience advising on a range of finance-related matters in London, the Cayman Islands and Guernsey.
She specialises in fund finance, leveraged finance, corporate finance and real-estate finance.
In the fund finance space she is part of Walkers' Global Fund Finance Group and advises both borrowers and lenders on subscription, net asset value and hybrid facilities, and in relation to GP and LP financings. Her clients include leading international banks, alternative lenders (including private credit funds) and fund sponsors.
Zoë joined us in 2011 in the Cayman Islands and relocated to the Guernsey office in 2019. She is recognised by Legal 500 as a next generation partner.

Experience and recent work
Zoë trained and qualified with Salans (now Dentons) spending 5 years in London and Moscow, where she advised on a range of domestic and cross-border financing and restructuring deals, focusing on real estate and project financings.
