Malacia advises clients on a broad range of finance matters, general corporate and trademarks.
Her practice focuses on banking and finance transactions, particularly secured bilateral and syndicated lending, as well as corporate matters, including in the insurance space. She also advises on all aspects of members' voluntary liquidations.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Malacia worked in the finance teams of two large London-based law firms.
Malacia successfully completed her articles of clerkship at Walkers in 2020.
