Aleisha advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
This includes advising on transactional matters, securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and re-domestications. Aleisha also advises on on the formation, licensing and ongoing regulatory requirements of (re)insurance vehicles as well as Bermuda Stock Exchange Listings.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Aleisha worked in the corporate department of another top offshore law firm in Bermuda.
