Rebecca is a Jersey Advocate who advises on the use of Jersey companies, Jersey Property Unit Trusts and Jersey partnerships in the context of property holding structures for UK real estate assets. She regularly acts for both lenders and borrowers and has experience of corporate financing and fund finance agreements.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2021, Rebecca worked as a paralegal in the Banking & Finance team of another leading offshore firm in Jersey for six years.
