Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Sam was a senior associate in the dispute resolution team of Herbert Smith Freehills in Melbourne, Australia. Sam regularly advised financial institutions, listed companies and manufacturers in Australia and across Asia. Sam's practice involved a range of corporate and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on financial services disputes, class actions and regulatory investigations. Sam also assisted clients with obtaining court approvals of schemes of arrangement.
