Adam Fellows is a senior associate in Walkers' Jersey Private Capital & Trusts practice group.
Adam has experience of practising in onshore, offshore and in-house roles, and advises clients on all aspects of private wealth structuring.
He has experience of working with trusts, foundations and similar structures, with professional trustees and family offices, and with the broad range of charitable and philanthropic structures.
Adam has experience of working with international and globally mobile clients, largely from the Middle East and Asia, as well as those with connections to the UK and Europe.
He is a full member of STEP and practised onshore with an international law firm in the City of London before moving to Jersey in 2023. He has a particular interest in art and other collectible items.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers' Jersey office in May 2023, Adam practised with Stephenson Harwood in London for two years. He trained, qualified and practised with Howard Kennedy.
Adam's experience includes a six-month secondment to HSBC as legal counsel in the trust and fiduciary services team in Jersey, advising on matters in the full range of trust company business including those relating to sanctions, AML and regulatory issues.
