Aaron Sanders is a senior associate in Walkers' Guernsey Private Capital & Trusts Practice Group.
He has a mixed contentious and non-contentious practice, advising on wealth structuring and on cross-border disputes and court applications in relation to probate and private wealth.
Aaron works on matters relating to international HNW families, advising trustees and beneficiaries on breaches of trust, trustee removal applications, and seeking court blessing for momentous decisions.
He is a STEP affiliate and practised onshore with an international firm for four years before moving to Guernsey.

Experience and recent work
Aaron trained with a boutique law firm in South-East England and joined Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP upon qualification in 2019. He was promoted to Senior Associate in April 2022 and, after almost four years in their busy Contentious Trusts and Estates team, moved offshore to join Walkers' Private Capital & Trusts team in January 2023.
