Aaron advises on wealth structuring and on cross-border disputes and court applications in relation to trust and private wealth.
He has a mixed contentious and non-contentious practice and regularly works on matters involving:
- international HNW families
- advising trustees and beneficiaries on breaches of trust
- trustee removal applications
- seeking court blessing for momentous decisions
Experience and recent work
Aaron trained with a boutique law firm in South-East England and joined Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP upon qualification in 2019. He was promoted to Senior Associate in April 2022 and, after almost four years in their busy Contentious Trusts and Estates team, moved offshore to join Walkers' Private Capital & Trusts team in January 2023.
