Michael specialises in advising clients on corporate transactions with a focus on public and private M&A, corporate structuring, capital markets transactions and general corporate advisory.
Michael also has a broad finance practice with a focus on acquisition finance, fund finance, debt capital markets, project finance and financial restructurings.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Michael worked in the Corporate department of one of the leading law firms in New Zealand.
