Kulraj is a Finance and Corporate lawyer in Walkers' top-tier London office, advising across a full range of banking and finance transactions from both a financier and borrower perspective.
He advises our clients across a range of secured lending and structured finance transactions. Having previously been based in Walkers' Cayman office, Kulraj has international experience acting for financial institutions, corporates and investors on a wide range of secured debt structures.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Kulraj worked in the finance group of Stephenson Harwood in London where he advised on a range of financing and leasing arrangements.
Kulraj trained and worked in the London office of Watson Farley & Williams, where he also completed a secondment to the firm's Singapore office.
