Advising Azorra on its award-winning deals

We are proud to have supported the Azorra team on its series of milestone accomplishments in 2024, culminating in the company receiving the Airline Economics Aviation 100 Editor’s Deal of the Year for Innovation.

The winning transactions included Azorra's US$988 million debt financing facility in July 2024, as well as its corporate restructuring, the issuance of US $550 million Senior Unsecured Notes, and entry into a US $464 million Term Loan B facility in October 2024. These deals represent Azorra reinforcing its position as a key player in the aviation leasing sector.
