Acting for Oaktree Acquisition Corp. III Life Sciences on its $175 Million IPO

Our Cayman Islands Corporate team acted for Oaktree Acquisition Corp. III Life Sciences, a special purpose acquisition company, on its $175 million initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market.  

Oaktree Acquisition Corp. III Life Sciences is the third public acquisition vehicle sponsored by an affiliate of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. and has been formed for the purpose of entering into a business combination with one or more businesses in the life sciences sector.  
 
The Walkers team was led by partners Caroline Williams, Andrew Barker and James Murrie together with senior counsel Michael Beck and associate Miriam El Ofir. Jefferies, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., and UBS Securities LLC served as the joint book-running managers for the offering and Kirkland & Ellis LLP as U.S. counsel.
