Robert White is an associate in Walkers' Banking & Finance Practice Group in Guernsey and advises across a broad range of finance-related matters.
His experience includes advising both financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a wide range of international financings, including subscription, net asset value and hybrid facilities, leveraged acquisitions, asset finance, real-estate finance and general bank lending. Robert also has expertise working with the corporate and investment funds team in relation to internal group restructurings and financings.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in May 2023, Robert trained at White & Case LLP in London and qualified into its Debt Finance team in 2018 where he practiced for two years before working at Tilleke & Gibbins in Vietnam and Norton Rose Fulbright in Singapore.
