Samantha Hollingworth is a senior associate in the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group in the BVI office.
She has 12 years' litigation experience in private practice in the UK, specialising in financial disputes.
Samantha's practice includes commercial litigation and insolvency litigation. She also advises office holders in complex cross-border proceedings, high net worth individuals, high street banks, companies, corporate service providers, creditors and liquidators.
Samantha has recently been involved in a number of applications on behalf of insolvency practitioners and a financial dispute in the BVI Commercial Court involving numerous applications including to the Court of Appeal.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Samantha trained at the global firm Addleshaw Goddard LLP progressing to the position of Managing Associate in its Banking Disputes team based in the Leeds office. She has been recognised by Legal 500 for the quality of her advice and expertise and has worked with some of the leading international financial institutions.
