Alexandra Chirea is an associate in Walkers' Cayman Islands office and is a member of the Global Investment Funds Group.
She specialises in the establishment and structuring of both private equity and hedge funds, as well as the provision of ongoing general corporate advice. Alexandra regularly acts for leading investment managers and private equity houses.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2021, Alexandra worked in the private investment funds group of Proskauer Rose (UK) LLP in London, where she advised institutional investors and fund managers on the formation and management of a broad spectrum of funds including private equity, venture capital and secondaries.
