Nikhil Jha is a senior counsel in the Global Investment Funds Group based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office.
Nikhil specialises on all aspects of investment fund structures with particular emphasis on private equity funds, hedge funds and unit trusts. An integral part of his practice involves advising on the formation of funds, regulation of funds and fund restructuring. Nikhil also has experience in advising on finance transactions (in particular, capital commitment financing and related issues of security creation and perfection).
Nikhil regularly acts for major investment banks, investment managers, private equity houses and corporate trustees.

Prior to joining Walkers, Nikhil worked with Harmonic Fund Services in the Cayman Islands.
