Chris focuses on corporate, M&A transactions and investment funds, and advises clients across variety of industries including fintech.
Chris specialises in a wide range of private equity and hedge fund matters, as well as general corporate and M&A deals, joint ventures and equity capital market transactions. He regularly acts for private equity firms, major investment banks, fund managers and corporate trustees on both fund formation and ongoing transactions.
He also works on acquisitions, disposals and restructures for public listed companies.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Chris worked in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions , Equity Capital Markets group of the Melbourne and Perth offices of Clayton Utz – a leading Australian law firm.
Chris was admitted in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia in 2009 and the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands in 2016.
