Advising on Arcos Dorados’ US$600 million notes offering

We are pleased to have acted as British Virgin Islands counsel to the initial purchasers and dealer managers in connection with Arcos Dorados B.V.’s offering of US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 6.375% senior notes due 2034 and its tender offer for any and all of its 5.875% senior notes due 2027.  

Arcos Dorados is the world’s largest independent McDonald’s franchisee, holding exclusive rights to own, operate, and grant franchises across 20 countries and territories in Latin America and the Caribbean.
