Omonike specialises in advising on complex finance matters, general corporate transactions and succession matters.
She has a breadth of experience advising leading international banks and financial institutions as well as borrowers in general banking, asset and project finance, real-estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance transactions. She also has a broad general corporate practice and assists the heirs of UHNWI and HNWIs with succession matters.
She foresaw problems and gave us warnings about them, along with her suggestions for dealing with each challenge. She knew when to stick to her guns, and when to give in gracefully since we needed to get a deal done. I appreciated the realism and practicality.
