Our Bermuda team recently assisted Grant Thornton on closing their transaction to create a global multidisciplinary platform, which will provide audit, advisory and tax services to an international client base.
The new platform, which will be fundamental to the growth of Grant Thornton, will include estimate 12,000 professionals spanning over 50 global offices in the US, Ireland and other territories to create a united transatlantic advisory and tax practice, as well as independent audit practices.
Our Corporate and Regulatory teams acted as Bermuda counsel to Grant Thornton, led by partners Natalie Neto, Rachel Nightingale, and Leonie Tear with assistance from associate Amelia Oatley. A&L Goodbody acted as onshore counsel to Grant Thornton.
