Walkers acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Forebright Capital on the successful closing of Forebright New Opportunities Fund III, L.P. (“Fund III”), with aggregate commitments of over $500 million. Fund III exceeded its initial target and secured capital commitments from global limited partners including pensions, endowments, financial institutions, fund-of-funds and family offices.
Established in 2014, Forebright Capital is a leading private equity firm focused on enterprise technology investments.
