Associate Craig de Bruyn has joined Walkers' Insolvency & Dispute Resolution practice group in Jersey.
Craig – who trained with an international law firm in South Africa – joins the team led by partners Nigel Sanders, Marc Seddon and Richard Holden and group partner Fraser Hern.
Walkers' global Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team is the leading offshore restructuring practice – the firm is ranked in the top ten of all law firms by GRR, and is the highest ranked offshore firm.
The growing Jersey team has and is acting on a number of the most significant insolvency and restructuring matters in the Channel Islands (also in tandem with the market leading Guernsey team). The team also specialises in complex contentious trusts and commercial litigation matters, including regulatory disputes and its Advocates appear regularly before the Royal Court.
