IoD Breakfast Event 'Valuing Neurodiversity in the Workplace'

We are delighted to be sponsoring The Institute of Directors' (IoD) first breakfast event of 2023 which is being led by their D&I Sub-Committee.

It is estimated that around one in seven people and more than one million people (more than 15 per cent of people in the UK) are neurodivergent, meaning that the brain functions, learns and processes information differently. Neurodivergence includes a range of conditions including Attention Deficit Disorders, Autism, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia.

This event will explore how to progress neurodiversity in the workplace to create a better working experience for employees and outcomes for employers.
