- Senior Counsel Ian Williams will look at how the investment funds landscape has changed with the implementation of the Cayman Islands Private Funds Law; and
- Partner Sara Hall will provide an overview of key trends in the regulatory space including economic substance in the BVI and the Cayman Islands. She will also look at developments in the regulation of digital asset business including the implementation of the Cayman Islands Virtual Assets (Service Provider) Law (with a focus on key deadlines).
