Gemma Trencher is an associate in Walkers' Guernsey Investment Funds and Corporate Group, with a background in corporate law matters.
Having previously practiced in the corporate team of an international law firm, Gemma has experience across a wide range of corporate law matters, including company disposals, M&A transactions, and corporate restructuring.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Gemma worked for five years in the UK. She trained as a lawyer there with BHW Solicitors, and was admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2021.
