Olga specialises in structured finance and derivatives, and has extensive experience in collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), securitisations as well as bespoke structured products.
She has also advised on several bankruptcy remote financings, other tax structured transactions, fund-linked note issuances, and repo and stock lending transactions. She is a member of our Global Finance and Corporate Group.
Olga has extensive over-the-counter derivatives experience covering the full range of classes, including equity derivative trades. She regularly acts for banks, investment managers, hedge funds, investment funds and corporates.

Experience and recent work
Before joining Walkers in 2019, Olga was a managing associate in the Derivatives and Structured Products group of Linklaters LLP in London.
