Andrew is a Partner in Walkers' London Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Group, advising on British Virgin Islands, Bermuda and Cayman Islands law.
Andrew has ten years' experience in private practice in London and BVI, and has worked offshore since 2015.
He advises clients on complex and high value multi-jurisdictional disputes, and his clients include leading corporations, banks, financial institutions, and insolvency practitioners.
Andrew has particular expertise in forum and jurisdiction challenges, shareholder and partnership disputes, unfair prejudice proceedings, fraud and asset tracing claims, freezing orders and other forms of interim relief, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. Andrew has also acted in connection in a number of high profile insolvency matters.
He also advises on disputes relating to crypto-currency assets, including fraud and insolvency matters, as well as advising crypto-currency platforms on contentious matters.
