Michael Dyulgerov is based in Walkers' Ireland office where he is Of Counsel in the Asset Management and Investment Funds Group.
Michael works on the establishment and authorisation of various investment fund vehicles and structures, including UCITS and AIFS. He also has corporate experience.
Experience and recent work
Michael trained in a leading law firm in Dublin where he gained experience in various areas of law, such as funds and asset management, corporate, insurance and commercial and IP litigation. After finishing his traineeship Michael qualified in corporate and gained experience in various merger and acquisition transactions and company re-organisations.
