Omonike specialises in advising on complex finance matters, general corporate transactions and succession matters.
She has a breadth of experience advising leading international banks and financial institutions as well as borrowers in general banking, asset and project finance, real-estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance transactions. She also has a broad general corporate practice and assists the heirs of UHNWI and HNWIs with succession matters.
