Nathalie advises clients on a range of finance and corporate transactions connected to leveraged buy-outs, share offerings, bond offerings, subscription finance, securitisations, restructurings, project and infrastructure finance, and other complex cross-border financings.
She has extensive experience in leveraged and acquisition financings, and is part of our Corporate, Finance, Funds & Insurance Group.
Nathalie also advises clients in aviation and shipping. That includes major operating lessors, financiers, airliners and ship operators, as well as leading onshore law firms on finance, leasing and registration transactions.

Experience and recent work
Before joining Walkers in 2018, Nathalie worked in the banking and finance teams of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges in London. Here she advised private equity sponsors, funds and financial institutions on various financings including leveraged, corporate and acquisition finance matters, and restructurings.
