Luke Steele is a Senior Associate in Walkers' Jersey Investment Funds & Corporate Law Practice Group, and advises on a full range of funds and corporate law matters, focusing on cross-border M&A, JPUT transactions, trust company acquisitions, and company reorganisation and restructurings.
He also advises on the establishment and restructuring of management incentive plans, and was part of the Walkers team advising on the $4.2 billion Babylon SPAC merger and NYSE listing.
Luke has worked offshore since 2018, and has experience of advising on matters relating to competition law, including on applications to the Jersey competition regulator, and on matters relating to economic substance, including economic substance analysis for clients.
