Priscilla Shire

Priscilla has over 30 years' experience in the global financial services industry working in the UK, Ireland, Australia and the Cayman Islands, with expertise in accounting, fund administration, structured finance, regulatory compliance and financial crime.

Prior to joining Walkers Fiduciary Limited, Priscilla spent 10 years in regulatory compliance consulting roles with big four firms in the Cayman Islands and Australia, coupled with 20 years' in industry roles, with significant experience in the investment management industry. Priscilla has worked with two global investment banks over an eight year period during which time she provided independent director and corporate administration services to a wide range of Irish special purpose vehicles, was the Head of Client Services leading a team providing trustee, cash management, collateral administrator and paying agency services for ABS/MBS/CDO/CLO transactions and was a transaction manager responsible for the establishment of new Irish securitisation vehicles, negotiation of transaction deal documentation and co-ordination of the closing process for issuance of new bonds.
