Morgan Sheehy joined Walkers Professional Services as a Senior Vice President in Ireland.
Morgan has significant experience in the provision of accounting and tax compliance services to the SPV corporate services industry. Morgan leads the provision of accounting and tax compliance services in the Irish office to a wide range of capital markets and aircraft finance SPVs. He also serves as a director on the board of Irish special purpose vehicles.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers Professional Services, Morgan was an accounting manager in the Irish office of TMF Group. During this time he led a team responsible for the provision accounting and tax services to a large and diverse portfolio of special purpose vehicles, specialising in the aircraft leasing and collateralised loan obligation transactions. He also served as a director on the Boards of a significant number of special purpose vehicles.
